Return and Refund Policy

At Twenty Seven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. Your 30-day return window exceeds this minimum and applies to all customers. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you simply need to inform us of your decision before the return window expires — no reason is required.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

EU customers have the right to return items even if opened, unless the item is a hygiene product that has been unsealed.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or monogrammed items
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear
  • Hygiene products that have been opened or used
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

How to Initiate a Return

You can initiate a return directly from your customer account — simply log in, find your order, and request a return. Alternatively, contact us at store@twentysevenstore.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Please note that all our products are fulfilled and shipped from France. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received was damaged or incorrect, in which case Twenty Seven will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item, and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your return notification, as required under EU law. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at store@twentysevenstore.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
